A BAMBAS advisor calls you within 24h to fine-tune dates, hotel category, extras and travelling companions.

Confirmation
We send you a firm proposal with a fixed price. 30% deposit to confirm, remaining 70% 60 days before the trip.

Preparation
Documentation, event briefing, recommendations and checklist. Nothing left to chance.

On the ground
Transfers, hotel, 24/7 BAMBAS host and full logistical support until your flight home.

Before you book.
How far in advance should I book?+
For lottery-bib events (Ironman Kona, marathon majors) we recommend 9–12 months. For attending major competitions, 3–6 months. For last-minute cases, ask us about available options.
Can I travel alone, as a couple or as a group?+
Yes. The public catalogue is designed for 1–2 people with fast confirmation. For groups of 3+ we build a bespoke proposal with no fixed price.
What if the event is cancelled?+
We recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation cover. If the event is postponed, we rebook you at no cost. If it's cancelled outright, the organiser's terms apply and we handle the process with you.
How do payments work?+
30% to confirm and lock spots, remaining 70% 60 days before the trip. Bank transfer or card. Personal or corporate invoicing available.
Can I bring my own bike or gear?+
Yes. We arrange bike and technical gear transport with specialised carriers. Quoted as an extra depending on destination and volume.
